RELIANOID Announces a New Era of Load Balancing: Enterprise Edition 10 and Community Edition 9 Are Here

15 October, 2026 | Announces

RELIANOID is entering a new chapter in application delivery, cybersecurity, and high-performance load balancing.

We are proud to announce the upcoming releases of RELIANOID Enterprise Edition 10.0, arriving on November 3, 2026, and RELIANOID Community Edition 9.0, arriving on October 27, 2026. These releases represent a significant milestone in the evolution of the RELIANOID platform, bringing together stronger security foundations, next-generation proxy and Web Application Firewall (WAF) capabilities, and a completely modernized web user interface.

Built on the latest Debian Trixie 13.7 foundation, with long-term kernel support, these new versions reflect our ongoing commitment to delivering a more secure, powerful, and intuitive application delivery platform for modern infrastructures.

From preparing for the post-quantum cryptography era to accelerating proxy processing and redefining the management experience, RELIANOID is taking a major step forward.

And there is more exciting news: the RELIANOID Enterprise Edition 10 Early Adopters Program opens on October 20, 2026, giving registered participants the opportunity to evaluate the new version ahead of its official release.

A major leap forward in security, performance, and usability

The upcoming releases are built around three strategic pillars that address some of the most important challenges facing today’s IT teams: preparing for tomorrow’s security threats, delivering application traffic with greater performance, and simplifying the management of increasingly complex infrastructures.

1. Preparing for the post-quantum era with Hybrid Key Exchange

The future of cybersecurity is already influencing the decisions organizations make today. As quantum computing continues to advance, preparing cryptographic infrastructure for the post-quantum era is becoming an increasingly important priority.

With RELIANOID Enterprise Edition 10.0 and Community Edition 9.0, we are taking an important step toward this future by introducing Hybrid Key Exchange support, alongside stronger security ciphers.

Hybrid Key Exchange combines conventional key exchange mechanisms with post-quantum cryptographic mechanisms, helping strengthen protection against emerging cryptographic risks while maintaining compatibility with appropriate existing cryptographic environments.

This approach is particularly relevant in the context of harvest now, decrypt later threats, in which encrypted data may be collected today in the hope of decrypting it with more capable technology in the future.

By introducing Hybrid Key Exchange support, RELIANOID is advancing its security capabilities to help organizations prepare their application delivery infrastructure for the next generation of cryptographic protection.

Both upcoming editions also benefit from stronger security ciphers and a modernized system foundation based on Debian Trixie 13.7, with long-term kernel support.

Security is not a destination. It is a continuous commitment to anticipating what comes next. With these releases, RELIANOID is taking another meaningful step toward helping organizations build more resilient application delivery infrastructures.

2. A new high-performance proxy and WAF processing architecture

Performance and security must work together. As applications become more demanding and cyber threats continue to evolve, organizations need application delivery infrastructure capable of processing traffic efficiently while supporting advanced protection mechanisms.

RELIANOID Enterprise Edition 10.0 introduces a major evolution in this area, with the full integration of a new high-performance Eproxy and a new high-performance WAF ruleset processor.

These capabilities represent a significant advancement in the platform’s application traffic processing architecture.

The new Eproxy brings a modern, high-performance proxy component into the RELIANOID ecosystem. Its integration strengthens the platform’s capabilities for handling application traffic and provides an important foundation for the continued evolution of its application delivery services.

Alongside it, the new WAF ruleset processor advances how Web Application Firewall rules are processed. WAF capabilities are a critical part of protecting web applications against malicious requests and application-layer attacks, and efficient ruleset processing is an important element of delivering security without overlooking performance requirements.

Together, these developments reflect our commitment to building a platform where performance and protection are designed to work hand in hand.

Enterprise Edition 10.0 also introduces a new modern stateful session persistence replication service, bringing further evolution to session management and persistence capabilities, as well as support for multi-factor authentication farms.

These enhancements contribute to a broader modernization of the platform, helping organizations address demanding application delivery and security requirements with a more advanced set of capabilities.

Note: The new high-performance Eproxy, WAF ruleset processor, stateful session persistence replication service, and multi-factor authentication farms support are Enterprise Edition 10.0 features.

3. A completely modernized web interface with Material 3

Technology should not only be powerful; it should also be intuitive to manage.

With the upcoming releases, RELIANOID is introducing a major modernization of its web user interface through the migration to Material 3, with a modern design system.

This evolution goes beyond a visual refresh. It represents an opportunity to create a more consistent, contemporary, and intuitive experience for administrators managing application delivery infrastructure.

The updated interface brings a modern design language to the RELIANOID management experience, with improvements throughout the web UI aimed at making everyday administration more comfortable and coherent.

As infrastructure environments grow and operational requirements become more demanding, a well-designed management interface can make a meaningful difference in how administrators interact with their systems.

The Material 3 migration reflects our commitment to continuously improving not only what RELIANOID can do, but also how people use and manage it.

Both Enterprise Edition 10.0 and Community Edition 9.0 will benefit from this web UI modernization, bringing a refreshed management experience to users across both editions.

Combined with the new modern UI web server service, this work is part of a broader effort to modernize the platform’s underlying architecture and user experience.

Built on a modern foundation: Debian Trixie 13.7

At the heart of both releases is a modernized operating system foundation based on Debian Trixie 13.7, with long-term kernel support.

A robust system foundation is essential to the reliability, security, and maintainability of application delivery infrastructure. Updating this foundation is an important part of ensuring that RELIANOID continues to evolve alongside modern operating environments and security requirements.

This modernization complements the new cryptographic capabilities and user interface improvements, providing a stronger basis for the next generation of the RELIANOID platform.
