I used this how to

Upgrade from Community v5 to Community v7

and the tgz file linked there https://repo.relianoid.com/public/relianoid_upgrade_ce_v5tov7.tgz

checking the script and the howto you linked above, I can’t see so many differences
in any case, is there any CLI command to regenerate my cfg files?

I added the Control directive as suggested and restarted the farm but nothing changed
