Purpose

At RELIANOID, we are committed to ensuring uninterrupted service availability for our customers and partners. This Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) Policy outlines our approach to minimize service disruption and quickly restore operations in the event of a cyber incident, system failure, or other emergency.

Scope

This policy applies to:

  • RELIANOID’s software and hardware load balancer products and cloud services
  • Critical infrastructure that supports customer deployments
  • Internal business systems essential to customer support and operations

Business Continuity Objectives

RELIANOID ensures operational resilience through:

  • Redundant cloud-based infrastructure in multiple geographic regions, with main service data center at London (UK) but infrastructure replication at San Francisco (USA) and Amsterdam (Europe).
  • 24/7 monitoring of core systems and services.
  • Continuity plans to maintain technical support, licensing, and service portal access.

Disaster Recovery Strategy

Our disaster recovery approach includes:

  • Backup and restore procedures for all critical services, with weekly snapshots
  • Recovery Time Objective (RTO): 1 hour
  • Recovery Point Objective (RPO): 1 day
  • Pre-defined escalation and communication workflows for incidents

Testing and Review

We:

  • Conduct annual BC/DR drills, including failover simulations
  • Perform post-incident reviews for every major outage
  • Review this policy annually or after any significant infrastructure or business change
