# GSLB | Farms | Create

In this section, you can create GSLB farms. To get started, click the **Actions** button and select **Create Farm**. This will open a new panel.

To create a GSLB farm, navigate to **GSLB > Farms**, click on the **Actions** menu, and select **Create Farm**. This will open a form with the essential configuration options for a GSLB farm:

**Name**: The farm's identification name.
  **Virtual IP**: Assign a network interface and IP address to the new farm.
  **Virtual Port**: Assign a dedicated port to the new farm. By default, GSLB operates as a DNS service, and its standard port is **53 UDP**.
  **Copy from farm**: Option to check and copy the configuration of another farm.

After entering the details for the new farm, click the **Create** button.
